You have seven days in which to examine the goods from the day they arrive.

Any damage must be reported back to us immediately, by telephone and then in writing.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return the goods in their original packaging, undamaged within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

We advise you to get proof of carriage and ensure goods are adequately insured during any return journey.

It is the responsibility of the customer to meet the carriage payment on items returned.

Notification of your wish to return goods must be in writing by fax, letter or email within 7 days of receiving them. If you return the goods in their original condition, we will refund you any money you have paid us for that product.

If you return an item to us that is faulty we will either replace the item or refund at your request. If the reason for the return is in anyway our fault, we will reimburse the cost of return carriage. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Once the goods are received by us, they will be checked for any damage and completeness and a refund will be issued to you by cheque.

Non standard radiator covers are NOT refundable.
