Which type to choose ?

Wall mounted, where your pipe work comes out through the wall and not the floor, you just position the cover at the top of the skirting board. This cover is easier to fit as no skirting board cut outs are needed and are supplied with no air vents on the bottom rail, as they are also not needed.
